JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time. Remote is ok)

ConfigureTek is looking for a motivated and hard-working Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing team.


  • Focused on nurturing existing client relationships to grow the account base and improve customer satisfaction
  • Source new leads on a daily basis and work towards lead conversion to opportunities
  • Drive and execute events such as mixers and happy hours for our customers
  • Work on marketing and sales campaigns to drive net new and up-sell business form customers
  • Prepare proposals that include one pagers, statement of works, price quotes and more
  • Help our potential and existing customers understand the financial value ROI produced by our implementations
  • Must be able to present and demonstrate solutions to our customers as part of the pre-sales process


  • Prior experience in a fast paced sales environment
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service especially in value creation and realization
  • Strong understanding of financials and business elements as part of the sales process
  • Public speaking and demonstration experience
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations for presentations, trade shows and other events
  • Experience or exposure to CRMs
