JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)
ConfigureTek is looking for experienced ServiceNow administrators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
JOB DUTIES
Day to day administration of ServiceNow for ConfigureTek’s clients
Must have experience in multiple modules within ServiceNow
Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
Support the development and growth of the services delivered by ConfigureTek
Ability to setup, configure and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proven expertise in administration of ServiceNow
Certifications in the areas of ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM or SAM
Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
