ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)

ConfigureTek is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant who has knowledge and expertise across HR Functions, Processes and Best Practices. The ideal candidate should have proven experience of delivering successful HRSD implementations. We are looking for strong communicators who excel at verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3-5 years’ experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate business value provided to clients through their HRSD implementations. We are looking for someone who has several successful implementations under their belt in the role of architect or technical lead of the project. This role involves interfacing with client executives, sales teams, pre-sales teams, scoping, solutioning and requirements gathering.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
  • Work with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to drive meaningful and quantifiable business outcomes as a result of successful implementations
  • Provide design and strategy guidance to clients on best practices through out the implementation and during the requirements and design phases
  • Based on previous successful projects prepare documentation outlining the current baseline state of HR Service Delivery Operations
  • Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Service Transformation effort
  • Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high level architecture
  • Managing all aspects of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
  • Establishing user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities
  • Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1+ year of expertise in implementing ServiceNow HRSD
  • At least 2+ years of expertise in implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Knowledge and expertise of HR Functions, Processes and Best Practices
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven expertise in implementing two of the following areas ITOM, SecOps, ITBM, SAM, GRC
  • Certifications in the areas of ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM or SAM
  • Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
